Then you have found the right place!
I like to help you return to your own deep wisdom creating space to

Together we look at the deep beliefs that are holding you back.
We make space again to breathe more freely and fully occupy your place in the world.
We have a conversation, walking along the beach. Or sitting in a quiet place. The power of nature, tranquility and fresh air help you look at your life with new eyes.
Tailored to you, I intuitively deploy the techniques I have made my own over the years. From Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to meditation. Trust, clarity and safety are leading.
Sessions can also take place in my practice space or on the roof terrace. And there’s the option of online coaching – handy if you want to save travel time or need a quick tune-up.
The introduction (by phone or via Zoom) takes half an hour and is included in the program. Should we not work together, there will be no cost to you.
Change takes time and attention.
That’s why I work with programs – so you give yourself space and time to really deepen and experience. Whereby an issue becomes more manageable. Lighter and easier.
Depending on your question and your needs, we choose three, five or seven live one-hour sessions at two-week intervals.
Between sessions you will receive support from me in your email twice a week. Once to start the week well and once halfway through. These are exercises, texts or meditations recorded by me, tailored exactly to your needs. So that you feel and experience that you are supported in the process and we lay a solid foundation for the time after the program.
You don’t have to do it alone!
Of course, there is always the possibility for a separate session afterwards to clarify or refresh.
My rates are an initial invitation to turn inward.
In fact, I work with guide prices; we determine what you pay in consultation.
The invitation is to reflect on yourself
This idea is loosely based on the Buddhist principle of ‘dana’
💛 Dana comes from Pali, the language of the oldest Buddhist scriptures. It is often translated as generosity or donation, but also refers to sharing what is there: time, attention, resources, care.
In Buddhism, dana is seen as an exercise, a way of consciously giving and receiving. For me it is a valuable exercise, both in my work and personally: feeling again and again what is right, what can be given freely and what can be received with openness.
From that perspective, I work with indicative prices – as an invitation to explore together what feels appropriate. 🌿
Half an hour online works perfectly for me. Each time you know exactly to put the finger on the sore spot, helping me take a new step. Thanks!
Sujaya is a very fine conversationalist. I immediately felt comfortable. I found it extraordinary how she gets straight to the point in an introductory conversation. A few good questions put me in my talking chair and I come to insights about myself. Patterns become clear.
She is critical in her way of asking questions, which made me think.
I really liked the relaxation exercise and immediately loosened up more.
Sujaya really looks at what is there, and then works with you. With what you give her.
You really put me in motion.
(...) I have experienced your coaching as pleasant and professional. I would refer people to you with "work-life-balance" questions, and also people who can't quite get to their feelings or don't know what they really want or like. You listen well, making me feel a lot of space to talk myself. This is where I am really reluctant normally!(...)
